1. Digital Products – No Refunds
Since all items sold on Planova Studio are digital downloads, all sales are final.
Once a digital file is delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the nature of the product.
This includes:
Canva templates
Digital planners
Spreadsheets
Trackers
Printable sheets
Digital toolkits
Notion templates
PDF guides
2. Exceptions (Rare Cases)
We may offer a refund only in the following situations:
You purchased the same item multiple times accidentally
The file is corrupted or completely unusable AND we cannot fix it
You never received access to the digital file
In these rare cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Email used at checkout
Screenshot of the issue
We will respond within 24–48 hours.
3. Product Support Guarantee
We guarantee that:
Your template link will work
You will receive access to updates if the product is refreshed
We will assist if you face file-access issues
However, we cannot provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Not reading the product description
Incompatibility due to not having Canva/required tools
Incorrect email at checkout
Discount requests after purchase
4. Template Access Issues
If you cannot access a Canva link or file:
We will resend or refresh your access link — free of cost.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Unauthorized chargebacks are considered fraud.
We keep order records, access logs, and download confirmations to contest false disputes.
